Incoming Messages from RMS Are Failling in the SIM RIB_MESSAGE Table

Symptoms

After a new installation of Oracle Retail Integration Bus (RIB) and Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), when an incoming message from Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) is received,it is inserted into SIM RIB_MESSAGE table but fails to be processed and the following error is noticed in the RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE table;

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create and approve a new item in RMS.
2. Make sure that a message is published from RMS to SIM.
3. Check the SIM RIB_MESSAGE and RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE tables.

Notice that the incoming message fails due to the above-mentioned error.
