Functional Team With User Group Shows 'No Privilege' on Observers Field (Doc ID 2384345.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Functional team with Job function: User Group is derived to Observers when change status.
User group is displayed as 'No Privilege' on observers field even though user has enough discovery privilege for subclass level.
If user has class level discovery privilege for user group, observers field can show correct value.

Expected Behavior

Functional team with Job function: User Group is derived to Observers when change status.
User group should be displayed as correct value on observers field.


Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Create Privilege Discover User/User Group
  2.  Create Criteria for User subclass /User Group subclass with General Info.Status In Active
  3.  Create User Group with Job function
  4.  Create workflow status criteria with observers:Job function
  5.  Create Change
  6.  Promote status of change
