Issue In Accessing OOB Standard Reports In Argus Insight

Symptoms

Getting below error in Argus Insight while clicking on Case Series Reports -> Standard Reports -> All with 'admin' user account.

"There is no report under the specified category or you do not have sufficient access. Please contact your administrator."

Using BOXI as reporting tool to integrate with Argus Insight.

When checked the log at D:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\ArgusInsight\Bin\Log, the error message was -
