Convergence GUI is Reversed if Manually Set Lang Variable (Doc ID 2385531.1)

Symptoms

The Convergence URL contains a section where the language is defined:

e.g: http://HOST:8080/iwc_static/layout/login.html?lang=en&3.0.1.4.0_17071431&svcs=abs,im,mail,calendar&u=1)

It has been observed that manually changing the lang to an illegal value, renders the GUI to show up reversed (mirror left to right).

e.g.1: setting lang=abc  ---> abc is an illegal value, it will make the GUI default to the en (English) language. This is working as expected.

e.g.2: setting lang=hello ---> hello is an illegal value, but the GUI will behave unexpectedly; language is still English, but the script is reversed right to left.
