ORA-27486: insufficient privileges Error While Executing Purge Script (Doc ID 2389073.1)

Symptoms

Customer using OOTB purging utility to purge the DISCONNECTED services from the UIM DB. Though the report is generated without any issue but deletion fails with following error:
/servicePurge.sh execute -ed 04/04/2018 -status disconnected
