Symptoms

i.
WHODrug 'B3' Activation (TRANSFER mode) takes a long time to complete (performance issue).

ii.
After running for several hours Activation can return the following error :

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20000: ORA-20000: ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by 4 in undo tablespace 'UNDOTBS1'
ORA-06512: at "OPA.OPA_USER_MSG", line 398
ORA-06512: at "TMS.TMS_USER_ACTIVATION", line 3190
ORA-06512: at "TMS.TMS_USER_ACTIVATION", line 9293
ORA-06512: at line 1

iii.
TMS 5.1.2.1 has been applied which contains the fix for 'Bug 25576067 : As part of quality assurance for this release, an issue was discovered where Activation hanged when an existing high level term relation was deleted'.

iv.
The fix for 'Bug 25883093 - Performance issue was identified during WHODrug B2/B3 activation in check mode' (now fixed in 5.1.2.2) was also implemented but this did not make a difference.
