Symptoms

Auto deployment fails with the below error as seen in the deploy.log on the InForm Application server

PACKAGEDEPLOY Error: PkgInst Failed. Exit code: -532462766

There are other errors on the Server Event log that are not seen in the Deployment logs which point to an application crash on the CD side.
