Symptoms

When attempting to run the Data Collections, the following error occurs in the Planning Data Pull/Worker (MSCPDP/MSCPDPW)...

Planning Data Pull process failed when waited for workers' acknowledgment of COMMIT.

All Planning Data Pull Workers have the errors:
