ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lead Times are not considered in Planning when transferring between orgs

We have 3 items in Supply Chain bill with different lead times, however the Lead times are not taken in to consideration as part of Planning recommendations.

When we create demand for FG, the Lead time is taken in to consideration, however for lower level components the respective Leadtimes are not considered.

Has Make SubAssy BB--> Ingredient Item - Org AAA - Buy -77 days of Processing LT --- This Transfer Item from Org BBB needs Start date for planned order 77 days before Due Date to Start order for Item A

SubAssy BB--> is Make in Org BBB - Make - LT = 0

Component CC--> Ingredient Item - Org BB - Buy - 35 days of Processing LT
