Entity Search Based on Characteristic Having Special Char in Value Fails When Char Extension is Enabled (Doc ID 2395917.1)

Symptoms

API Based entity search based on characteristics doesn't work when following 2 criteria met:
1. inv.extendedCharSearchEnabledForAll=true
2. Characteristic associated to entity has special character in the VALUE field. Tested it for '_' char i.e. Characteristic value as 'V_IMS'.
