Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0 Patchset 20, when attempting to view an invoice from Customer Center, if the invoice is displayed in Internet Explorer (IE), a popup warning is being displayed as follows:

This popup is unsightly and may look unprofessional if displayed on Customer Service Representative screens while assisting end customers.

Is it possible to prevent this warning from occurring?
