On :Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) 2.6.0.1.0 version, ENV - Environment

Add Bundle Export takes a very long time to load and after loading the Maintenance Object List is empty.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Add Bundle Export takes a very long time to load and Maintenance Object List is empty.
Sometimes it would not even load at all.
This issue happens when the browser used is IE11 on Windows 10 machine.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Add Bundle Export loads as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Search Menu > Add Bundle Export
