ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The use observe intermittent core dump after turning on the business parameter EventAdjustmentsDuringCancellation flag
The issue is observed on the first restart after switching on the flag. On second restart, the issue is resolved automatically. This issue happens during different cancellation flows.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Create Paying account, Bill, Collect
Migrate in a new client on the hierarchy which is non-paying
Perform adjustment on the cycle fees on the migrated-in client after few days or next cycle migrate-out the client from the hierarchy
Issue is not reproducible in the OOB code flow. The user has customized code for the migrate non-paying account in and out of hierarchy.
