Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.19.0 version, Taxation
Actual Behavior:
Issue with tax jurisdictions array when adjustment is applied on a charge whose tax is 100% adjusted
Steps:
Steps to reproduce as below:
1. Create an account and generate a cycle forward charge with tax
2. Run bill now and collect payment
3. Perform 100% tax only adjustment on cycle forward event. Tax jurisdictions has correct values as expected
4. Perform another adjustment on cycle forward charge whose tax is already adjusted 100% in step 3. Since no tax is available to adjust, tax jurisdictions should have 0 value.
But in this case, looks like tax jurisdiction values are populated from tax only adjustment made in step 3.
Expected Behavior:
Since there is no tax is available to adjust as per the above scenario, tax jurisdictions should have 0 value.
