Symptoms

For Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 8.0.x, when attempting to run an ALM Process from the user interface, after triggering the process, it fails instantly.  No log file is created.  The following error exists in the nohup.out in $FIC_DB_HOME/bin:

Active Timebucket definition is not set for the user

As a result, no results are generated.
