MTA Got Error 552 but Message Stays in tcp_local Channel; No Error Message Returned (Doc ID 2405615.1)

Attempted to send a large email which exceeds the size limit on the receiving site (Example: Gmail). The MTA gives bellow error:

and the message still remains in the tcp_local queue and no error message is sent back to the sender.

Upgraded to Messaging Server 8.0.2.0.0.
