Goal
Look Ahead Dialog is double counting Multi-phase customers
When operating a 3 phase device by phase the Look Ahead Dialog double counts the multi-phase customers to be dropped.
Why does the Look Ahead shows the 96 multi-phase customers to be dropped if the A phase is opened? Why not 0 since the multi-phase is already counted when BC phase is opened?
In OPAL:
1. Open BC phase on BusBar.369. Cust drop is 1320.
2. Open A phase. Drop is 814 in Look Ahead but should be 718. It showed 96 multi-phase customers which is the difference here. These customers were already counted in Step 1. (Partial rest log correctly shows 718 dropped.
Counts of all phases being dropped (Drop 2038, Drop A 718, Drop B 705, Drop C 519, Drop Multi-Phase 96):
Counts of BC phases being dropped (Drop 1320, Drop A 0, Drop B 705, Drop C 519, Drop Multi-Phase 96):
Counts of A phase being dropped (Drop 814, Drop A 718, Drop B 0, Drop C 0, Drop Multi-Phase 96)
Drop count appears to be 96 too high:
