On : 2.1.0.3 version, Environment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Oracle MDM - Unable to upgrade MDM to SP3

We're in process of upgrading Oracle MDM system from Service pack 2 to SP3 in our pre-prod environment and getting following error -

Setting Current Schema to CISADM
Loading Blueprint
Loading the schema information from the target database
Creating the missing tables
ERROR: ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object (DBD ERROR: error possibly near <*> indicator at char 13 in 'CREATE TABLE <*>CI_ACC_GRP ( ACCESS_GRP_CD CHAR (12) NOT NULL, VERSION NU
MBER (5,0) NOT NULL) Tablespace CISTS_01 ') occured while executing CREATE TABLE CI_ACC_GRP ( ACCESS_GRP_CD CHAR (12) NOT NULL, VERSION NUMBER (5,0) NOT NULL) Tablespace CISTS_

Error Occured, Process being aborted

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the upgrade would run without this error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On MDM 2.1.0.2 environment, run 2.1.0.3 upgrade
2. On FW 4.2.0.3 upgrade step, get the error


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upgrade this environment to MDM 2.1.0.3.
