Symptoms

On : ASAP 7.3.0.0.0 version, Installation



While trying to test a new 7.3 instance all of the NE ports go to a disabled state. In the JNEP diagnostic files, we are receiving  the following error:

"ORA-28040: No matching authentication protocol "
