ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Last Name is unknown-user id when user's full name is in EBS

AACG is not picking up the user's first and last name from EBS. AACG is reporting nothing for first name and unknown-user id for the last name. We have removed the person record from the user id in EBS, closed the form, added the person record back and then performed a sync in AACG. The first and last name is still not populated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

AIDE Report should have First Name and Last Name and User Name details

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. ERP user does not have person info in EBS.
2. ETL was ran and Incidents were generated, AIDE report does not show First
name and last name correctly.
3. Update the ERP user in EBS with Person info.
4. Run the ETL.
5. Run the Control, run the AIDE report. AIDE report does not show First name
and Last name for already generated incidents, which is not correct.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the valid first name and last name of the user from the Report
