Symptoms

Problem Statement
In new instance upgraded 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.6, the Launch Supply Chain Planning Process fails with following error when running first time in the instance.
The plan is created after upgrade.

Error
ORA-20001: No Free partitions available. Contact DBA to create partitions.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run Launch Supply Chain Planning Process
