Bayesian Forecast Is Generated as Zero when Sales History Is Unavailable (Doc ID 2412287.1)

Symptoms

When Sales (Data) plan has been provided for future to generate Bayesian Forecast at item/chain/wk level in RDF domain and if there is no history (Actual Sales) for the item, then the generated forecast should be equal to Bayesian plan provided by user. However, Bayesian forecast value is generated as zero after forecast execution.
