Symptoms
When attempting to configure the database alias for P6 Professional,
the following error occurs.

Login failed for 'pubuser' due to trigger execution.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the database configuration.
2. Enter the valid connection credentials.
3. Observe the aforementioned error message.
