Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to view a file using the Autovue plugin for Unifer in the Chrome or Firefox browser, the following error occurs:
Unifier cannot connect to the AutoVue Server. You may be missing the required certificate. To attain the certificate and instructions go to View Help menu in Unifier and click Download Plugins.
This issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Login to Unifier in a Chrome or Firefox browser window.
- Open a file with Autovue.
- View reported error.
