Patient ID Not Reflected In Case Listing Report

When users generate a case listing report, the Patient Id (i.e. Patient Subject # column) is not populating in the report. The data is missing in both PDF and CSV format.
This issue is appearing even if the "Protect Confidentiality" checkbox is unchecked under "Patient" tab of case form.
