Patient ID Not Reflected in Case Listing Report (Doc ID 2423334.1)

Symptoms

When users generate a case listing report, the Patient Id (i.e. Patient Subject # column) is not populating in the report. The data is missing in both PDF and CSV format.
This issue is appearing even if the "Protect Confidentiality" checkbox is unchecked under "Patient" tab of case form.

Steps to Repeat:

Create case with following following fields:
Patient Initials
Patient First Name
Patient MI
Patient Last Name
Patient Age
Patient Age Units
Patient Age at Vaccination
Patient Age at Vaccination Units
Patient Address 1
Patient Address 2
Patient City
Patient State
Patient Postal Code
Patient Weight kg.
Patient Pregnancy

Note: DO NOT check "Protect Confidentiality"


Create the case listing report with above fields for this case

Run the report. The resulting PDF shows the case number, but all of the fields related to above are blank -
