Goal

Is there a way to skip unnecessary IRC queries and reduce the time taken to complete a FTP process?

FTP process is taking a lot of time to complete when FSI_IRC_RATE_HIST table contains more than 10 million records.

It takes significantly long time even when processing against one instrument record only.

Example: Let's say instrument record is having interest_rate_cd = "1104".

Despite this aspect, as seen in ofstp log, the process is also looking for IRC data which is not used in the given process.
