Item Poid Not Getting Populated In Supplementary Balance Impact Packet Record (RECType 600) (Doc ID 2426493.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) 7.4.MPS2 version,

Actual Behavior 

ITEM POID not getting populated in Supplementary Balance Impact Packet Record (RECType 600)  after upgrade to MPS2 from 7.4 PS9.

Expected Behavior

ITEM POID must be present for records for RECT type 600 records.

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. On BRM 7.4 MPS2, rate a CDR having a balance impact from a discount.
2. Check the out file to see whether the ITEM poid is present for Supplementary Balance Impact Packet Record (RECType 600).

Business Impact:

Due to wrong out file format, Rated Event Loader(REL) is getting failed, so the user is not able to load rated output CDRs.
