Goal

After installing 2.6.0.1.0 (FW 4.3.0.5.0) with 12.2.1.3 Fusion Middleware Infrastructure. 

Having multiple ERROR/WARN logged in the mananged server log file.

Issue #1: The following errors seem to be similar to the one mentioned in <Note 2259353.1>.  Please advise us how to resolve them.
