DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:
When selecting 'Reset All Users' in P6 Web the P6 Professional end user receives the following message:
"Your user session has expired. Please talk to your administration about changing your timeout settings."
"You have lost the access to database. Please restart the application."
Event Code: VTDCF-3366-7
TCVirtualTable.DoCalcField: PROJECT.scope_level: Access

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Login to P6 Web
- Select the 'Administer' dropdown
- Select 'User Sessions' from the 'Administer' dropdown
- Select 'Reset All Users'
