Selecting "Reset All Users" in P6 Web Causing Multiple Error Messages in P6 Professional (Doc ID 2429125.1)

Symptoms

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:

When selecting 'Reset All Users' in P6 Web the P6 Professional end user receives the following message:

"Your user session has expired. Please talk to your administration about changing your timeout settings."

Followed by:

"You have lost the access to database. Please restart the application."

Followed by:

Event Code: VTDCF-3366-7
Message:
  TCVirtualTable.DoCalcField: PROJWBS.OSP_W_WBSNoFin:
  TCVirtualTable.DoCalcField: PROJECT.scope_level: Access
  violation at address 000000000259771F in module 'PM.exe'.
  Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Login to P6 Web
  2. Select the 'Administer' dropdown
  3. Select 'User Sessions' from the 'Administer' dropdown
  4. Select 'Reset All Users'
