Incorrect Amount Fields In Tax Jurisdictions Array For Event Adjustment Done After Tax Only Adjustment For Products Having Deferred Taxes (Doc ID 2435110.1)

On : 7.5.0.19.0 version, Taxation;

For an account which was billed and tax event calculated at billing was fully adjusted (Tax only adjustment), when adjusting an usage event for the respective bill, tax_event adjustments got created having TAX_JURISDICTIONS with amount greater than zero.

Please note that a product having cycle tax (deferred tax) configured is active on this account.

Expected behavior is that PIN_FLD_AMOUNT_GROSS and PIN_FLD_AMOUNT_TAXED amount is zero in /event/billing/adjustment/tax_event

Steps to reproduce:

a. Create an account with a product having cycle tax (deferred tax) configured.

b. Move pvt one month ahead and run billing

b. Do tax only adjustment.

c. Now do event adjustment with full event adjustment.
