Unifier Production: Workflow Schema Cannot Be Opened and Shows Form Distortion (Doc ID 2437908.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version that supports Configuration Package

Specific to the Production environment:

Expected Result: After importing a Business Process utilizing Workflows the workflow schema (unique combination of Setup Name + Workflow Name) should be able to be opened and configured/setup without incident.

Actual Result: The workflow schema is unable to be fully opened and there is form distortion, in that there are only Apply, OK and Cancel buttons in the middle of a grey/putty window.

This typically means that the Workflow itself, or a Form(s) in the Workflow has been deleted in uDesigner - and we see this often in the Stage environment. However, once any workflow is published, as it would be here in the production environment, it cannot be deleted.

Notes: The Workflow itself exists in Stage, and there is no problem opening the workflow schema therein. The Workflow itself does exist in the Production uDesigner and there is no problem opening the Workflow.
