Q#1:

There are some rows which are duplicate in the LM_STUDY_REFERENCES table for the same reference type.
Why does the system allow duplicates?
 

Q#2:

Why is there a value present in the reference column of the table LM_STUDY_REFERENCES, but the same value is not visible at front end console(clinical references).
 


Q#3:

Why do some references shows a drop down arrow on the Argus front end console, while others do not.
