On : 2.2.0.1.0 version, WAM Purchasing
Buyer Page does not list the INACTIVE buyers
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
--Create a buyer and activate the same
--De-activate the same buyer
--Navigate back to the buyer page. Notice the list displays only the ACTIVE buyers
--At the Database level, we see the record in the INACTIVE state
