On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) and Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), if issues are encountered with Application Integration Architecture (AIA), is it possible to bypass AIA and batch provision services against existing accounts?

If it is possible, do tools and/or procedures exist?
