Symptoms

Argus 8.1.1

There is an issue with the AG Services where even if the users are marking the reports for Non-Submission, the reports are being pushed to the Generation Queue and the AG Service starts processing it.

The GENERATE_RPT flag in CMN_REG_REPORTS is 1 and STATE_ID is 3.
