Goal

 The Storm Management workbook was previously unable to make a successful database connection. 

This was corrected under the following bug:

Bug 28545494 - STORMMANGEMENT WORKBOOK FAILS TO CONNECT TO DATABASE.

 

Development determined that the workbook was trying to use a Microsoft ODBC driver that is no longer supported or provided.
