Last updated on DECEMBER 08, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) Version 12.0.0 and 12.0.1, when the Normalization Rules are used all the initiated calls/SMSs fail in the setup phase because the Originating/Terminating Numbers got some garbage characters during Normalization.

The wrong number format is also visible in EDR Details Window from the NCC GUI.
