Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) Version 12.0.0 and 12.0.1, when the Normalization Rules are used all the initiated calls/SMSs fail in the setup phase because the Originating/Terminating Numbers got some garbage characters during Normalization.
The wrong number format is also visible in EDR Details Window from the NCC GUI.
