Java Script Error for "value of the property 'getAnchorPosition' is null or undefined" in Date Picker on EWO Creation Page (Doc ID 2450579.1)

Symptoms

On : 6.3.0.679 version | Engineering Work Order | Date Picker

Script error in Date Picker on EWO Creation page .When a user clicks on the Date Picker, they get a popup error
Clicking either option doesn't allow the date picker to appear.It appears to be a caching issues but we've already had the user clear their cache.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make new EWO
2. Fill the Entries.
3. Click On Date Picker icon for the DD field and user gets this error.
