Goal
Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA) v2.5.2.0 has been installed along with Database v12.1.0.2 having character set NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET=AL16UTF16, NLS_CHARACTERSET=AL32UTF8.
Need to install the Arabic language pack of OUA version 2.5.2.0 with patch (Patch 22730600 OUA V2.5.2.0.0 ARABIC LANGUAGE PACK - UI (USER INTERFACE) but when checking the readme it shows that the database should be created with character set AR8ISO8859P6.
Can <Patch 22730600> be applied with NLS_CHARACTERSET=AL32UTF8 ?
