Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.20.0 version, Billing Care

Posting a payment from suspense page for SGD currency for decimal amount, and the amount is rounding to single digit.

Actual Behaviour
-----------------------
When  submitting the request, the amount is going as 20.60 instead of 20.65 for Singapore dollar currency.

For other currencies, it is going with proper amount (say 20.65). Because of that for Singapore currency, business users are not able to create any suspended payments with proper amount and it is stopping business operations

Expected Behaviour
-----------------------
When we submit the request, the amount should go as 20.60 instead of 20.65 for Singapore dollar currency.

 Steps To Reproduce this issue
-----------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Billing Care
2. Click on Payment Suspense
3. Click on Post Payment from Payment Suspense page
4. Enter the amount say 20.65 and select currency as SGD(Singapore Dollar)
