Argus 8.2 Request for clarification on what's new document

Problem Description
Looking to better understand a point that is made in the Argus 8.2 What's New Release notes.

It states:

4.1 64-bit support
The application has been upgraded to provide 64-bit support. This allows it to utilize
memory more effectively and accommodate more concurrent usage. It also allows very
large installations of Argus without facing sequence number limitation. Further, the
overall middle tier server footprint is reduced thereby reducing the overall operational
cost. No end user functionality or business logic change has been made.

I would like to understand the statement around overall middle tier server footprint is reduced. What number of servers required to support a particular environment is reduced ? How to determine what the reduction can be. Is there any documents which discuss that if you had X number of web servers today that it could be reduced to Y servers in Argus 8.2? Or is there some documentation that helps understand how many concurrent users can be supported with the server specifications in the installation guide as compared to the Argus 7 size?
