Symptoms
On ALM 8.0.2 When using "View" mode for Implied Forward method it is noticed that for one as of date all the rates are visible in the screen while for another as of date only see the "Base Rates" are visible. This issue is similar to the problems documented in Document 2269255.1 View Forecast Rates Screen is Blank for Yield Curve Twist Method with ORA-01489
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that all rates are visible from Forecast Rates View mode for all methods.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Forecast Rates -> View for Implied Forward method
