Goal

Oracle Argus Safety Version 8.0.1

Intermittently incoming E2B and/or ACK files that have been dropped in the ESM inbound folder on the Interchange Server, are moved to archive folder without being processed.

For example it was noted this occurred once when disk space on C: drive was depleted, after resolving this, it was noted that some files were just not processed and were simply moved to Archive folder.

Usually customers would receive an alert from ESM when any incoming files are not processed but in this instance did not even receive alerts for few of the files.

Would like to understand scenarios where the file can get moved directly moved to archive folder without processing.

Also is there any way to track all the incoming files against the database to find missing reports.
