There Are No Records Captured in SA_BALANCE_GROUP For TOTAL Transaction (Doc ID 2461237.1)

Symptoms

When RTLOG comes only with TOTAL transactions without SALE/RETURN  no record is created in SA_BALANCE_GROUP. If no record in SA_BALANCE_GROUP ReSA batch “satotals” failing with error

Steps To Reproduce

1. load RTLOG file which has only Total Transaction via saimptlogi.

2. Run saimptlogfin.

3. Run satotals. The batch will fail and the error will be encountered.
