Ensure that the CIPZADTA audit program is plugged in the CI_ACCT table:

- Search for CI_ACCT table
- In the main tab, verify that audit program CIPZADTA is plugged in

Then proceed in adding an Account:
- Navigate to Main Menu | Customer Information | + Account.
- Navigate to Persons tab.
- Add a Person.
- Click Save.
- Error "No key was generated." was encountered. Category: 25 Number: 11304

As seen in the logs:
* WARNING:  EITHER TABLE/ID CI_AUDIT_K                    /AUDIT_ID
              IS GETTING FULL OR NEEDS TUNING.
