User Remains Logged into NMS When They Log Out of Windows Without First Logging Out of NMS (Doc ID 2464895.1)

Goal

When a user logs out of their Windows system but does not first log out of NMS, the NMS application will continue to list them as logged in.


Sometimes your users log out of windows before logging out of NMS. When they do this, they remain logged into NMS and you cannot see when they logged out. This is beginning to become an issue because you are getting requests for reports on how many users were logged into NMS at a certain time (like storms), and who was logged in/who logged out at a particular time.
