Goal

Does Oracle supports Oracle Agile deployment over AWS (Amazon Web Service Cloud) environment and database hosted on Amazon RDS (Relational Database Service)?
We observed Oracle database install script require SYS (SYSDBA) credential, which is not available in AWS RDS environment.  Is there a workaround for this?
