On : 2.3.0.1.0 version, System Wide

Query zone search result issue with date time DST

Example: In the Mail search zone, I created a Mail record with creation date time 09-24-2018 12:12AM PST as displayed in the screen. In the database this is saved as 09-23-2018 23:12:51
When I search for Mails From Date = 09-24-2018, this record is not retrieved. I was expecting that this record will be retrieved since I am seeing on the screen that this is created 09-24-2018.
When I search for Mails From Date = 09-23-2018, this record is being displayed.

We are encountering the same issue in our CM search zones. Since this issue is also present in the base search zone, we would like to know how this will be fixed in the base zone so we can ensure that our solution for CM will behave the same.
