OCSG NT Instance Does Not Start (Doc ID 2466496.1)

Goal

OCSG NT instance does not start. Cannot initilizate NT Server, the script shows:

ERROR StatusLogger File not found in file system or classpath: <OCSG_HOME>/user_projects/domains/ocsg_domain/log4j/log4j2config.xml

1. java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/stringtemplate/v4/STGroup
2. java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to perform operation: post construct on com.bea.wlcp.wlng.core.wls.BootstrapServerService
