1. Go to Service Agreement Page
2. Search for a record
3. Go to Interval Info Tab
4. Change any of the date/time fields in the grids
Actual Result: Save button does not enable on tabbing out of the date/time element
Expected Result: Save button should enable on tabbing out of the date/time element
